Getting used to the crate
To keep your pet comfortable on long flights, crates are selected based on their individual measurements so they can easily stand, sit, and lie down.
Pick up for departure
Your pet will be collected in a climate-controlled, pet-friendly vehicle by a pet handling specialist and transported to our premium holding facilities before travelling.
Waiting to board the plane
Our holding facilities host specialty food, freshwater, and walks for your pet to relieve themselves tailored around their flight plan.

We’re a family-run pet travel company in the UK, owned by us – Andre and Kimberley, a vet and veterinary nurse. We have over 20 years of experience in the pet transportation and veterinary industries. As veterinary professionals, we understand that every animal is different and has specific needs when it comes to moving abroad. We ensure your cat, dog, or any other animal has their medical and behavioural needs fully considered before travelling. All of our animals receive a customised travel plan to suit their particular needs. We regularly fly pets to international destinations, so we can help with your relocation or immigration to anywhere in the world.

Our Services
At Pets Transport premuim, we want to ensure that your pet’s move to or from the UK is as stress-free as possible for all. We know this means different things to different people and that’s why we can handle as much or as little of the pet transport process as you’d like. We can:
- Manage your pet’s entire travel plan with our Door-To-Door service.
- Find, organise, and book your pet’s flights.
- Advise you on the blood tests and vaccinations your pet requires to enter the country they are travelling to.
- Advise you on schedules for blood tests and vaccinations.
- Provide endorsements and vet checks with overseas animal health authorities.
- Assist with arranging Government Health Certificates and import or export permits.
- Provide you with an airline-approved travel crate to hire or purchase from our IATA-specified stock.
- Provide road transport in our speciality pet travel vans to drop-off and collect your pet.
- Provide photos updates of your pet before take-off and once they’ve arrived safely.
- Answer any of your questions and be on call to help.
